On the ground floor, the living room has a large two-seater sofa that becomes a bed, a large modern dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen and a separate breakfast table.

Downstairs, there is a large space for activities, reading, with library, puzzles and board games. Our play room has a large two-seater sofa bed and a desk. Additionally, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a large wooden rustic wardrobe. Adjacent is a bathroom with shower, where a washing machine and a dryer have been installed for your convenience!

The marble staircase also leads us to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms with a double bed and one with a semi-double. All have large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a mirror. Served by a large bathroom with bathtub. The two front rooms have a large balcony, with tables and comfortable armchairs, so that residents can enjoy the unobstructed view of the bay of Saronida and the “Islands” of Lagonisi, but also the view of Ag. Nikolaou Anavyssos. The view and tranquility of the landscape are captivating and will often deter tenants from leaving.

On the ground floor, under the shade of large pines, there is a large paved courtyard of 80 sq.m., with a large garden seating area, which is ideal for wonderful sunsets during your meal or your aperitif.

In front of the house there are two exclusive parking spaces for the tenants, but also plenty of public parking space.
